Only valid for home-edition Super Chexx models, coin-operated games are excluded. All warranty & extended warranty claims will be reviewed by ICE Service Staff to determine the validity of the warranty claim. Once approved by ICE Service Staff, the warranty parts will be processed and shipped FedEx ground, International or expedited shipments are available for an additional charge. ICE Service Staff reserves the right to deny any warranty claims if they are caused due to unwarranted stress, abuse or neglect or arbitrary repair/modification. I.C.E. Inc will assume no liability whatsoever for costs associated with labor or travel time to replace defective parts. All warranty parts are billed prior to shipping, when the defective item is returned a credit will be issued. Super Chexx domes are also not covered under the warranty or extended warranty.
