Standard Curbside Delivery.
Will require the homeowner to be present with at least 2 other people to off load the skid containing 2 boxes from the back of the truck. The driver WILL NOT assist.
Premium Delivery.
Delivery with a liftgate truck and our most popular option . Requires no assistance from the homeowner. Driver will place the package in the first covered area (usually a garage, not inside the actual house). No assembly.
White Glove Delivery, Assembly and Install
Our best delivery option for a completely seamless install experience. Pricing ranges from $475 to $725 per game depending on the games ordered. Shipping Policy
Free shipping for qualifying Games does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, rural, island, and metropolitan zip codes; including, but not limited to, NYC, Long Island, Cape Cod, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, and Vancouver. You will be notified within 1 Week of receipt if any additional freight charges apply. Free shipping includes standard delivery via LTL Residential Truck Freight. It does not include liftgate or inside delivery. We recommend 2 people with standard delivery as typically you will cut the straps, remove the boxes from the pallet, then hand-carry each box off the end of the truck. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. The freight company should call to set-up a convenient delivery window prior to delivery to a residential address. If you paid the extra for Premium delivery, that gets the boxes from the truck to your garage or house, but does NOT include carrying inside the house or setting up the game. You will be responsible for any detention charges and/or additional freight services added at time of delivery and you will pay the freight company directly. Shipping delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. You will be sent an e-mail with the Truck Pro # the day after your game ships from ICE.
